COVID 19

 For the remainder of the COVID-19 pandemic, Central Alberta Orthopedics will be implementing a masking policy based on Alberta Health Services directives for community clinics.  At this point, this includes masking all patients, staff and visitors.  There are ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS and mask alternatives such as visors are not acceptable.  If you cannot or will not wear a mask, we would be happy to provide you a virtual visit or defer your in-person visit until after these restrictions are lifted.  Please contact us at 403-309-2001 to make alternate arrangements.

At Central Alberta Orthopedics, we also have a zero tolerance policy for harassment or abuse of any kind.  This includes verbal abuse.  Any such behaviour will result in you being permanently banned from our premises.

If you are a referring physician, DO NOT SEND PATIENTS DIRECTLY TO OUR CLINIC.  Speak to the surgeon on call to arrange an appointment.  You can also securely message us to arrange for an e-consult.

Central Alberta Orthopedics is committed to ensuring the health of all Central Albertans so we ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms or are a close contact of anyone with COVID-19 or recent travel, do not come to your appointment.  Phone 811 for instructions.
