Dr. Barnsdale is a Family Physician with interests in Sport Medicine, Musculoskeletal Medicine, Exercise Medicine and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, including guided injection therapy. He also has interests in Nutrition and Bariatrics.
Education:
He obtained a Masters degree in Anatomy at Cambridge in the U.K. followed by his Medical Degree in London, also in the U.K.. He then came to Alberta where he completed a Masters Degree in Medical Sciences at the University of Calgary followed by a Family Medicine residency at the University of Alberta.
He obtained his Diploma of Sport Medicine in 2012. He has also completed training in the use of Ultrasound for musculoskeletal assessment and treatment, including guided injections.
